The fact it's written by a female should help its reception too ... Way too often I hear my girlfriends complain about not being skinny enough and torturing themselves over their eating - feeling guilty because they are eating and not losing weight. It's all about being healthy, and being comfortable with that - some of us are just not ever going to be stick-thin. It's life. So let's just be healthy :) LOVE the title, and the premise of the book is one that is desperately needed!
